Life
Hey everyone,
Well, I still live in South Carolina. I have lived here, for the most part, since 1983. There was an exception of 6 years, when my ex-husband was in the Air Force, and I lived in Victorville,CA.
I worked in the banking industry for about 12 years. When I divorced, I felt a need for change and chose the medical field. I have worked in that capacity ever since. I lived in Charleston for about 15 years, and moved to a small town near Myrtle Beach,SC in 2000. I was blessed with my one and only child, Jackson Wyatt, in 2003. He is my joy. I so enjoy raising my son. Kids are so funny. Everyday is another "adventure". Jackson keeps me "young" in one respect..5 year olds don't "allow" you to feel old and tired..lol.I am also active in anim...Expand for more
al rescue, primarily domestic animals, however, I have been known to bring home turtles, etc, and epoxy their shells back together. We live in an area where there is an abundance of wildlife, so my son and I are constantly encountering creatures who often times are in need of rescue.
My mother passed away in 1997, and I divorced my husband of 13 years almost one year later. I haven't spent much time "back home" in CA since.
I have had a wonderful, and thus far exciting life. Obviously, there have been moments of great pain, and challenge, however, just having my son in my life makes me know that surviving all of life's blows has been well worth it.
UPDATE! I haved moved back "home" to Orosi for now, and am enjoying reconnecting and catching up with old friends!
